CLIMATECOOLER
Climate cooler by Isopaint Denmark is the ultimate roof coating system. This is an energy saving product that will help keep buildings cooler in Summer and Warmer in winter.
This energy efficient
roof coating process happens in three stages.
- The roof should be comprehensively power washed to remove all moss,
dirt etc. then it should be treated with Iso-A-Clean (fungicidal wash) to kill
off remaining pores of lichen ,moss etc. - The climate cooler primer is to be applied as the first coat , this has thermal insulating
properties designed to prevent heat loss through the roof in colder weather. The primer
is based on Thermo stabilising binding agents with high adhesive powers and the latest
generation of special insulating ceramic pigments used in the Space Industry for heat proof
and insulating coatings. Isopaint have now succeeded in transferring this fully developed
technology to an insulating paint like ClimateCooler primer. - Climate cooler topcoat is to be applied once the primer is properly dry, this is a heat refective
coating that is designed to repel the sun`s rays (by up to 70%) and thereby keeping the
building cooler in warmer temperatures.
The combined effect is a dual dimensional coating system that has been proven in independent testing to reduce heating bills and CO2 emmisions making the property more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

This is a fully flexible ,breathable system it is UV stabilised, self cleaning,water-repellant and has heat and sun reflecting pigments. Climate cooler has scientifically proven efficacy and as such will contribute to an improved climate.

Colour availability:
Primer grey/white only and Topcoat, off white,light grey,aluminium grey, dark anthracite, black, tile red, red brown and dark brown.
Spreading rate 20 litres should cover approx. 60 square metres with 2 coats.
Cleaning all cleanup with soapy water
