If you are a house or building owner it is important that you are aware of what roof coatings can do for your structure. A lot of times, building owners would just try to leave everything to their builders without knowing what is going on. Your building is an investment and you need to know as much as you can while it is being built. Take for example the issue about coating for your roof.

Roof coatings are integral aspects that as a building owner you should be aware of. Professionally done roof coatings of good quality can help protect your building against roof leaks. Leaks, if not addressed at the earliest possible time, can create even bigger damages that could ruin your building.

As there are a lot of people who would offer you their roofing services, you must know what to expect if you want to have your roof coated. The people you hire to do your roof coatings must first try to inspect your roof for cracks, gaps and leaks. This inspection will be in preparation for the coating that they will do. Once they find cracks and gaps, they will then clean it thoroughly in preparation for the roof coatings that will be done.

The best thing to do is to get quotes from different contractors. Know the necessary details like the cladding materials they will use and the roof paint as well. Having flat roofs require flat roof coating and it is different from metal and asphalt roofs so you have to show them your roof and ask them to give you a rough estimate of how much the roof coating will cost you.

With all the changes in the weather it could spell disaster for your roof. So to protect it from all the elements make sure that only a reputable professional will do your roof coatings for you.

Make old and worn slabs and stones look new again!
Only with stonecolor .

Stonecolor is a coating treatment for worn paving slabs, stones, driveways, terraces and stone covered surfaces. This brand new nano based technology allows old stones and slabs that have become stained and unsightly to be re-newed and re- invigorated at a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

There is a choice of 5 natural stone colours to choose from plus a clear /colourless option as well. The product also benefits from a 5 year manufacturer guarantee.

The Stonecolor option will work out considerably cheaper than laying new tiles, and offers the option of producing a surface like new virtually in the same day.

The Stonecolor system will not only re-new your tiles but make them much easier to keep clean and prevent moss and algae growth.

The area to be treated should first be treated with STONECLEANER , after allowing the cleaner to penetrate the dirt simply powerwash the stones or slabs and leave to dry.

At this point the area for treatment can be coated with your chosen colour, application can be with paint Brush or a long pile paint roller .
It is advisable to apply 2 coats .

Colour availability: Concrete grey, slate grey, black, natural red, mocha, colourless.
Pack size: 5 litre containers
Spreading rate Depending on absorbency a 5 litre tin should cover approx. 15- 20 square metres.

Stonecolor can be used for waterproofing concrete, as a concrete sealer and will make old stones and slabs look like new.

Climate cooler by Isopaint Denmark is the ultimate roof coating system. This is an energy saving product that will help keep buildings cooler in Summer and Warmer in winter.

This energy efficient
roof coating process happens in three stages.

The roof should be comprehensively power washed to remove all moss,
dirt etc. then it should be treated with Iso-A-Clean (fungicidal wash) to kill
off remaining pores of lichen ,moss etc.

The climate cooler primer is to be applied as the first coat , this has thermal insulating
properties designed to prevent heat loss through the roof in colder weather. The primer
is based on Thermo stabilising binding agents with high adhesive powers and the latest
generation of special insulating ceramic pigments used in the Space Industry for heat proof
and insulating coatings. Isopaint have now succeeded in transferring this fully developed
technology to an insulating paint like ClimateCooler primer.

Climate cooler topcoat is to be applied once the primer is properly dry, this is a heat refective
coating that is designed to repel the sun`s rays (by up to 70%) and thereby keeping the
building cooler in warmer temperatures.

The combined effect is a dual dimensional coating system that has been proven in independent testing to reduce heating bills and CO2 emmisions making the property more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Benefits

This is a fully flexible ,breathable system it is UV stabilised, self cleaning,water-repellant and has heat and sun reflecting pigments. Climate cooler has scientifically proven efficacy and as such will contribute to an improved climate.

Pack sizes 20 litre containers

Colour availability:

Primer grey/white only and Topcoat, off white, light grey, aluminium grey, dark anthracite, black, tile red, red brown and dark brown.

Spreading rate 20 litres should cover approx. 60 square metres with 2 coats.
Cleaning all cleanup with soapy water
