Instructions for use and technical information

To guarantee the longevity of the product always clean your roof before coating it with ISONIT.

We would recommend the following process for applying your roof coating:

Power wash your roof to get rid of any dirt and debris
Clean with ISO-A-CLEANER fungicidal roof cleaner which removes existing mould and lichen.
Apply two coats of ISONIT roof coating. The first coat should be thinned by adding 20% water which enables the coating to penetrate the tile and will improve adhesion. The second coat can be applied neat or with the addition of 10% water.

Please note: Always make sure the roof is clean and dry before applying any coating and make sure the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat.
